Help with your account, quests, purchases and privacy.
1. Get help
General support: app.thequest@gmail.com. You can also open the app's support screen from Settings. Tell us your username, app version, iOS version, what happened and the approximate time. A screenshot can help, but remove private information about other people. Never send your password, full payment-card details or an Apple verification code.
The operator is Zakhar Pauliushchyk, Bogomolova 11, apt. 85, 223709 Soligorsk, Belarus, Belarus. Support is not an emergency service. Response times vary with the nature and volume of requests; statutory response deadlines remain applicable.
2. Safety or content concerns
Contact app.thequest@gmail.com with the relevant account or content reference and a short explanation. Read the Community Guidelines for what to include. Do not attach illegal images. You can report accounts and content from their More menus and block users from the profile menu. Reports are reviewed privately by authorized operators. Outcomes may appear in Inbox; private review notes and the reporter identity are not disclosed to the reported account. For appeals or additional context, use the safety email above.
3. Privacy and account deletion
Privacy requests: app.thequest@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy and account deletion instructions. Include your account email or username so ownership can be verified proportionately. Do not send identity documents unless a secure, justified verification process is specifically arranged.
4. Purchases and Qbucks
For an in-game Qbucks transaction issue, provide the item name and approximate purchase time. Qbucks shop spending is separate from an Apple payment. For an Apple purchase, include the product and transaction reference if available, without payment credentials. Eligible purchases can be restored in the app. Manage subscriptions and request Apple purchase refunds through your Apple account and Apple's support channels.
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. We do not collect payments through this website.
5. Location, activity and widgets
If nearby quests or steps do not update, check the app's location and Motion & Fitness permissions in iOS Settings and your network connection. Friend locations and widgets can display a previously saved snapshot; they are not guaranteed live. Review friend sharing separately from iOS location permission.
For widget issues, mention the widget type and iOS version. A missing permission can prevent relevant data from being available. Do not assume a map marker is a person's current location.
6. Unsafe locations and property concerns
You do not need an account to contact app.thequest@gmail.com about a game location. Use the subject “The Quest location concern”. Include the quest name or identifier if available, a map link or approximate coordinates of the game point, the issue and any relevant access hours. Reasons may include private property, unsafe pedestrian access, roads or railways, water, construction, a closed site, interference with emergency services or disturbance to residents. Do not travel to an unsafe place to gather evidence.
Owners, lawful occupiers and authorized public-space managers may request review of a point affecting their property or access restrictions. Explain your relationship to the site. We may request proportionate verification privately; do not send identity documents or publish your home address in a social post. We consider the point, its interaction area and available evidence. A report does not establish ownership or automatically prove a violation. Requests may be challenged or corrected through the same email channel.
This contact route is not an emergency service and does not guarantee immediate removal or continuous monitoring. Quests may be generated again while a concern is being investigated; do not attempt an unsafe quest. Map data and a walking route do not guarantee lawful access, safe conditions or opening hours. At present, an email report does not automatically suppress generated locations.
For a notice alleging illegal content, identify the exact content or location, explain why you consider it unlawful, provide a contact email and confirm that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. These details help us assess the notice. We may communicate an outcome or request additional information. Contact app.thequest@gmail.com to seek reconsideration; mandatory rights and available external remedies remain unaffected.
7. Legal and regulatory contacts
Users may contact app.thequest@gmail.com electronically about The Quest. Authorities may contact app.thequest@gmail.com about service, content and safety matters; use a subject that identifies the authority and purpose of the request. Communications can be made in English or Russian. This is a contact channel, not an emergency service. We may verify the authenticity and legal scope of a request before disclosing information.
